Aisling Bea

Aisling B a was born on 16 March 1984, in Kildare Ireland. The comedian appeared alongside Stephen Fry on QI. Aisling O'Sullivan, better than her stage title Aisling Bea (born March 16, 1984) is an Irish writer, actress and stand-up comedian. Bea was first seen as part of the cast on Irish or British television programs in 2009, began her career as a stand-up comedian in the year 2011. In 2012, she was frequently performing on sketch comedy shows as well as sitcoms. In the wake of her success at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, she was booked for a variety of panel shows. She was captain of the 8 Out of 10 Cats team from 2016 to 2017 and was an ongoing contestant on its spinoff 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. She was born to Brian O'Sullivan, the actress has one sister called Sinead. She was the winner of the So You Think You're Funny Award twice. Bea the name she was given as her maiden name, was a tribute to her late dad. Aisling Cliodhnadh was born on March 16, 1984 in Kildare Town, County Kildare. The father of Bea was Brian was a veterinarian for horses who died by suicide when she was just three years old. However, she was not aware of the cause of her death until she was 13 years old. Her stage name Bea was in tribute to her father. Bea wrote an opinion piece in The Guardian, published in 2017 on her journey dealing with suicide. Bea and her younger sister Sinead and her sister Sinead, were brought up by Helen Moloney (n e Moloney) who was a jockey and teacher at a secondary-school. Her family were passionate about horses and races. Bea started out as an official guide for tourists for the Irish National Stud. But she realized her love was doing and not racing.
